Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control the leasing process at all stages to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Review and verify whether leasing documentation has been properly prepared and evaluated in accordance with regulations, and report findings directly to immediate supervisors
  • Supervise and manage overdue leasing contracts within the assigned team and ensure appropriate follow-up actions
  • Verify the accuracy of internal system entries and review client files after leasing documentation is completed
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement plans to achieve team sales targets

  • Ensure sustainable growth of the leasing portfolio by preparing monthly plans focused on building a high-quality and stable loan portfolio, and reporting progress to management
  • Monitor the proper operation, renewal, and payment status of GPS tracking devices installed on leased assets
  • Prepare, review, and validate data and reports required by the Bank of Mongolia and the Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC)
  • Prepare and monitor data and reports related to bonds and debt securities

  • Archive and implement internal memos, directives, orders, and recommendations issued verbally or in writing by authorized company officials
  • Prepare, maintain, and safeguard loan agreements, leasing collateral agreements, and borrower files in compliance with established standards and archiving requirements
  • Monitor the accuracy of loan account setup, including product type, interest rate, tenure, and repayment schedules
  • Ensure that all applicable fees and commissions related to borrowers and partner organizations are collected in accordance with internal procedures, and keep management informed
  • Continuously monitor the loan portfolio and ensure timely repayments in line with approved schedules
  • Conduct portfolio analysis at both individual and branch levels, working closely with team members to minimize overdue and non-performing loans
  • Propose innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance organizational and branch value
  • Provide team members with management updates and decisions, and organize regular team meetings
  • Present reports and analyses to the Credit Committee and ensure implementation of committee decisions
  • Implement and oversee risk management activities related to lending and leasing operations

  • Participate in the development and improvement of the leasing product.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Credit Analyst, Loan Manager, or Loan Economist
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level or above)

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in office applications, internal systems, and internet-based platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present, explain, and deliver solution-oriented discussions
  • Strong capability in loan and financial analysis, planning, monitoring, and control

  • Ability to prepare, analyze, and present plans and reports effectively

  • Skills in delivering presentations, product/service introductions, and conducting training sessions
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, organizational, and role-modeling abilities

  • Positive attitude with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset

  • High ethical standards and commitment to professional integrity
