Responsibilities:
Partner Strategy & Development:
Identify, recruit, winback and scale strategic partners in Mongolia markets.
Executive Engagement & Influence:
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationship with C-level and VP-levels across country mainstream partners.
Joint Business Planning and Regular review:
Co-develop Business planning, and Organize Quarterly/ Monthly progress review with top-tier partners.
Sales Enablement & Acceleration:
Empower partners through enablement, certifications, and co-selling motion; ensure partner readiness and sales execution.
Market Insights & Ecosystem Mapping:
Analyze country wise trends and partner models; provide competitive and policy insights to shape strategy

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in channel/partner sales, strategic alliances, or ecosystem business in ICT industries. Experience at Top vendors and SI is
preferred.
Strong knowledge of Mongolia ICT/channel ecosystem.
Proven success in driving partner revenue and building C-level relationships.
Experience with complex, multi-tier channel models.
Strong business perception, strategic thinking, and ability to work cross-functionally.
English fluency required
