Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, equipment, and applications

• Assist with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and updates

• Support users with IT-related inquiries and ensure smooth daily operations

• Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, or infrastructure improvements

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures

• Collaborate with team members to ensure reliable and secure IT operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (or final year) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related fields

• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and IT security principles

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, hardware setup, and troubleshooting

• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• English proficiency is an advantage
