Lawyer

Responsibilities/Duties: Lawyer position

• To handle various legal issues encountered during daily transaction, participate in project negotiation, and review contract risks.
• To draft various contracts, NDA, MOU, letters and other legal documents.
• To participate in handling disputes and coping with government inspections, analyze cases, provide solutions, prepare evidence materials, and perform relevant operations according to legal procedures.
• To participate in the company's legal compliance work, provide daily legal advice in various spheres of law, and provide legal analysis and insight reports.
• To manage the delegation of the company, draft and review the POAs.
• To manage the company's seal affairs, draft and review the relevant documents.
• To conduct Legal Insights and newsletter.
• To handle other daily legal affairs.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a law firm or relevant corporate environment with Bachelors and/or Masters degrees in Law
• Good understanding in Civil Code，International Business Law, Private International Law, Lobar Code，Corporate Law ，Cybersecurity law，Personal Data law etc..
• Good knowledge of IP Law, Licensing Law, Administrative legislation，Tax Law，Finance Law，Custom Law etc..
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mongolian.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload whilst meeting with the tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work in an international team and develop effective working relations with colleagues
• Proactive and self-motivated to get hands-on challenges and work under pressure
• Proficiency in software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.
