About the job Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:

- Overall Responsible for managing from Procurement to Payment process, result-oriented to support office requirements and project delivery

- Shall be responsible for searching and analyzing excellent suppliers

- Shall be assisted with supplier selection by formulating different strategies in different cases

- Shall manage country procurement request deal with the long-term supplier relationship management and development

- Work closely with the project team to monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery issues, manage the deliverables

- Be familiar with market benchmarks, be able to analyze the competition status and trend, and understand basic international and local laws and regulations

- Any other task(s) that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, business administration, or any related field of study from a reputable university
- 3+ years of work experience and a minimum two years related to procurement, multiple task handling
- Good in logic, be able to convince and influence with reasoning and work output with quality, sense of responsibility, result oriented and team spirit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent negotiation & communication skills
- Knowledge of engineering background, products, technologies, and project management within the ICT industry is an added advantage;
- Fluent in English
