About the job Activation Specialist

The Employee in this position is responsible for the development and implementation of the employer's marketing programs in Mongolia, for increasing the market share of the employer's products, and also monitors the implementation of the sales plan for the employer's products in Mongolia.


Responsibilities:
- 
Develop and implement plans for brand launches and marketing activation in the market.

  • - Plan and execute marketing activities in consumer and trade channels, including retail promotions, merchandising, and consumer engagement initiatives.

  • - Coordinate and supervise the work of the 1-2-1 team, suppliers, and agencies to ensure activities are executed according to the approved plan and timeline.

  • - Monitor marketing activities through field visits, evaluate performance, and make improvements when necessary.

  • - Conduct pre-activity and post-activity analysis and prepare regular performance reports.

  • - Manage and control the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and optimized use of resources.

  • - Coordinate the development, production, and placement of marketing and advertising materials.

  • - Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to improve marketing strategies.

  • - Ensure timely preparation of contracts, purchase requests, and related documentation in compliance with internal procedures.

  • - Support communication with suppliers in the Mongolian market and provide translation of brand communications when required.

  • Qualification Requirements

    Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

    Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

    Language: Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate level in both written and spoken).

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Knowledge of market dynamics and basic principles of marketing and business administration.

    • Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating consumer and trade marketing projects.

    • Project management skills for medium to complex initiatives.

    • Understanding of budgeting principles and resource management.

    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
