About the job Design Department Manager
The position is related to the construction phase of the ATO Project – Phase 2 located in Tsagaan-Ovoo soum, Dornod province. The selected candidate will be responsible for engineering design of the building infrastructure, overseeing construction activities, participating in technical and state commission processes, and ensuring quality control of construction and design work. The role also requires ensuring compliance with construction codes, standards, and maintaining effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement project design solutions

Identify the materials and equipment required for construction design projects

Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations used in the project

Work closely with the project design team

Communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders

Resolve issues that may arise during the project

Monitor and report on project progress

Ensure project design quality and compliance with standards

Introduce and apply new technologies and methodologies
Job Requirements

Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in design development within the construction sector

Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
-
Knowledgeable in technical drawings and relevant standards

Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills

Experience translating technical drawings from Chinese or English

Proficiency in English (professional working level)

Interest in new technologies and methodologies in the construction industry
