About the job Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive market development for core enterprise customers in Mongolia.

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level customers.

  3. Establish and lead a partner ecosystem aligned with customer needs.

  4. Plan and organize brand activities of various scales (large, medium, small).

  5. Act as the project owner, responsible for achieving order and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the mining market; ability to plan and execute strategies and annual business plans.
  • Accountable for strategic goals and overall business performance in the mining industry.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and organizational customers.
  • Experience in building new partnerships and enhancing partner capabilities in the mining sector.
  • Proven track record of engaging top customers, winning major projects, and replicating benchmark solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with business standards and internal processes.

  • Fluency in English is required.
