Responsibilities:

Drive market development for core enterprise customers in Mongolia.

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level customers.

Establish and lead a partner ecosystem aligned with customer needs.

Plan and organize brand activities of various scales (large, medium, small).

Act as the project owner, responsible for achieving order and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the mining market; ability to plan and execute strategies and annual business plans.
- Accountable for strategic goals and overall business performance in the mining industry.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and organizational customers.
- Experience in building new partnerships and enhancing partner capabilities in the mining sector.
- Proven track record of engaging top customers, winning major projects, and replicating benchmark solutions.
