Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development

Design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and components for mining/industrial operations.

Develop technical specifications, drawings, and calculations.

Maintenance & Reliability

Conduct inspections, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues.

Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Process Improvement
-
Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to efficiency, cost reduction, and safety.

Apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
-

Project Management
-
Lead and support mechanical engineering projects, from feasibility study to commissioning.
-
Prepare project documentation, reports, and schedules.
-

Safety & Compliance
-
Ensure mechanical systems comply with international engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

Collaboration
-
Work with cross-functional teams (electrical, civil, mining engineers) to integrate mechanical solutions into broader industrial projects.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial or mining mechanical engineering.
-
Strong knowledge of mechanical design, thermodynamics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and material science.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).

Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and condition monitoring tools.
Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Project management and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of industry standards (ASME, ISO, API, etc.).
