Project Assistant
About the job Project Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, organize, archive, distribute, and safeguard project-related documents (plans, contracts, reports, minutes, correspondence, etc.).
- Maintain the project document management system (both electronic and paper versions) to ensure accuracy and easy access.

Arrange internal and client meetings, including reservations and notifications.
- Record discussions, prepare/distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle daily administrative tasks for the project team (office supplies, travel, expense reimbursements).

Maintain project contact lists, calendars, and schedules.

Assist in planning and organizing team activities.

Support the Project Manager with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in administration, secretarial support, or project assistance.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Working language: Chinese or Mongolian (both acceptable).
