Fresh Graduate Program 2026 - JV Planning & Economics

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies.  The program will start in the beginning of 2026 up to 31 December 2026.

 Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Monitor compliance of the sourcing and procurement process.
• Support the Commercial & Business Development team in economic evaluation, data analysis, and business planning activities.
• Assist in the preparation of project economic models and evaluation of upstream fiscal regimes (e.g., cost recovery and gross split PSCs).
• Conduct commercial analysis related to gas demand supply balance, infrastructure, tariffs, and regulatory frameworks.
• Participate in stakeholder management and risk assessment activities, including identification of key stakeholders, interests, and mitigation planning.
• Support review and analysis of commercial contracts, comparing terms, risks, and precedents.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and supporting documentation for management and partner reviews.
• Collaborate across departments and with external parties to support commercial decision-making.
• Contribute to ad-hoc commercial and JV (Joint Venture) projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Engineering, Economics, Sciences (Physics/Mathematics), or Business/Management.

• Fresh graduate, 0 - <1 year of experience.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrates curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to connect concepts across disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with senior and junior stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative in a team environment.
• Preferably female candidates, to promote gender diversity in Commercial functions.
