About the job Fresh Graduate Program 2026 - Human Capital
Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2026 up to 31 December 2026.
Responsibilities include but not limited:
- Assist in benefits administration, including BPJS, pension fund, and medical coverage.
- Participate in learning and development initiatives and work-life effectiveness programs.
- Assist in employee documentation, formalities, and manpower/contract management.
- Contribute to Human Capital projects and monitor policy compliance.
- Support day-to-day Human Capital operations and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduate, 0 - <1 year of experience.
- Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
- Familiar with MS Office and proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Active in university organizations or similar activities.
- Technology-savvy, highly motivated, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in Human Capital roles is an added advantage.
