Technical Administration Assistant

Role Purpose:
To provide administrative and documentation support for the Companys technical team, ensuring proper handling of technical correspondences, regulatory submissions, and related paperwork. The role also supports stakeholder engagement between the Company, Government Entities, and internal functions on technical matters.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage technical and regulatory documentation, including correspondence and communications with government entities.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and coordination materials across internal functions.
- Organize schedules, records, and meeting logistics to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Track and maintain updates on regulatory formalities and permits (e.g., POD, data disclosure permit, etc.).
- Assist in stakeholder engagement with SKK Migas, Ditjen Migas, and other relevant government institutions.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive, government-related materials and data.
Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Geoscience or Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Exposure to technical and regulatory environments, particularly within upstream oil and gas operations in Indonesia.
- Prior involvement in liaising with government entities such as SKK Migas and Ditjen Migas is highly valued.
- Proven experience in handling documentation, presentations, correspondences, and internal coordination activities.
Skills:
- Ability to understand and manage technical documentation, including engineering terminology and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with solid reporting ability to support both internal coordination and external communication with government bodies.
- Competent in organizing schedules, maintaining records, and supporting cross-departmental coordination.
- Demonstrated professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential government-related documentation.
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability to dynamic work environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across multiple technical functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with artificial intelligence platforms, with the ability to leverage digital tools to enhance administrative efficiency and support technical workflows.
