Acerca del puesto Head of Growth
The Head of Growth will be responsible for the overall performance, growth and operation of all our commercial partners. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to market and scale-up strategy, first nationally, then globally.
This person will possess the ability to set a vision, build and lead a team, instill discipline, visibility and predictability around commercial operations, and employ a test-and-learn approach to execute measurable results.
Responsibilities

● Provide visionary, strategic and hands-on leadership.

● Oversee all of our commercial strategy, sales and distribution.

● Own the revenue management process providing visibility and predictability.

● Participate in top management committee and in board presentations to
discuss commercial strategy and performance.

● Develop new business and scale current book of business by establishing
deep and productive relationships with target partners in key markets.

● Design and lead execution on enterprise sales procedures; and initiating
partnerships collaborations with top professionals associations.

● Formulate operational excellence for our distribution channels according to
each of our partners needs.

● Diagnose problems with the running of the business and formulate
effective and timely solutions.

● Lead your team to greatness - hire top talent, help them perform, grow and
develop as professionals.

● Train and guide the commercial team in order to achieve the sales targets
and maintain good relationships with our partners

● Act as key spokesperson in media, industry events, investors, etc.

● Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business
Development/Ops/Product/etc.) to ensure that revenue and profit targets are always exceeded.

Preferred
Qualifications

● 8 (+) years working on commercial/sales roles working with cross-functional teams like marketing, product, and operations. With at least 2 years of successfully leading a scale-up operation with outstanding growth.

● Ability to provide clear direction while fostering a highly creative environment.

● Experience building, leading and managing sharp, high performing teams
both in culture, values and ethics, as well as top technical expertise.
● Having
an MBA is a big plus (or prior experience in consulting firms).

● Experience with financial institutions, fintechs or insurtechs.
