About the job CEO Assistant

We are now looking for a CEO Assistant to work closely with the CEO of Munich Ventures and support daily operations, communication, research, and coordination across multiple projects and startups.
This role is at the center of how the company runs — helping things move smoothly, staying organized, and making sure priorities are executed clearly and on time.
Role Overview
The CEO Assistant will support the CEO in day-to-day operations, communication, and execution. You will help organize workflows, prepare materials, handle communication, and support decision-making through research and structured thinking.
This is a hands-on role with a lot of variety — from communication and coordination to research and simple analysis.
We are looking for someone who is fast, structured, responsible, and comfortable using modern AI tools to work smarter and faster.
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO email communication and messages
- Handle communication with partners, founders, and internal teams
- Prepare presentations, reports, and structured documents
- Do research on startups, markets, competitors, and business topics
- Support basic calculations and data analysis
- Organize tasks, priorities, and workflows
- Help coordinate across different projects
- Prepare meeting notes and summaries
- Keep information structured and organized
Requirements
- Good English (written and spoken)
- Clear communication and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize tasks and manage priorities
- Research and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic data
- Responsible and reliable mindset
- Ability to work fast and learn quickly
AI & Tools Mindset
- Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT and others)
- Interest in improving work through automation and smart tools
- AI-first approach to research, writing, and organization
- Quick learner with digital tools
Nice to Have
- Experience as Executive Assistant, Operations, or in startups
- Experience with presentations (Notion, PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Background in business, consulting, or operations
- Interest in startups or venture ecosystem
