RevOps Coordinator

Our partner company located in the US is looking for a RevOps Coordinator Product-Led Categories, who will support M-Theory's product-led categories (e.g., Cloud Services, Managed Services, Microsoft 365 Services, Managed Security Services) by ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and process support within systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms. Knowledge of Dynamics and Business Central is a plus. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into expanded responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Product Success Managers by maintaining accurate records, reports, and customer data.
• Prepare and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Support billing and reporting workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter and maintain customer and product information in CRM tools (Dynamics, Autotask) and other systems.
• Provide operational support on proposals, agreements, and service delivery tasks.
• Help track KPIs and prepare summary reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

Desired Skills

• Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM tools; knowledge of Dynamics and Business Central is a plus.
