Sales Agent

Our Partner Company is looking for a Sales Agent who is passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth.

Main job responsibilities:

• Identifying new potential clients.
• Making outbound calls.
• Conducting individual meetings with private clients.
• Retaining existing clients by renewing contracts and selling new products.
• Executing cross-selling.
• Preparing and delivering presentations on insurance products.
• Managing and presenting reports on the work completed as required by the company.
• Following the current instructions given by the management.

Minimum requirements:

• Higher education,
• At least 1 year of work experience in the field of insurance.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages, and proficiency in English.
• Stress resilience and interpersonal relationship management skills.
• Sales skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ASWA system.
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team.
• Sense of responsibility and attention,
• Effective time management skills.
