Our Partner Company, GSC LLC, which is the official distributor of HikVision products in Armenia, delivering advanced video surveillance and security solutions across government, corporate, and residential sectors, is looking for a Sales Team Lead to lead the planning and execution of the Company's sales, marketing, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee strategic objectives for sales, marketing, and financial operations to achieve company goals.
  • Financial Management: Lead financial planning, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis, ensuring financial stability.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by creating and implementing effective marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Research the market, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Partnership Development: Build partnerships and manage key client relationships to enhance sales and brand visibility.
  • Team Leadership: Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to update management on sales, marketing, and financial progress.

Qualifications 

  • Education: Higher Education in a relevant field; a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, management.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role related to Sales, Sales Management, or Commercial Director.
  • Skills: Proven track record in strategic planning and execution across sales, marketing, and financial functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial forecasting and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools (preferably Bitrix and 1C) Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
