About the job B2B Sales Manager
Our Partner Company, GSC LLC, which is the official distributor of HikVision products in Armenia, delivering advanced video surveillance and security solutions across government, corporate, and residential sectors, is looking for a B2B Sales Manager to lead the planning and execution of the Company's sales, marketing, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Main job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new partners,
- Perform active sales for B2B clients,
- Manage the entire sales process from presenting corporate proposals to signing contracts,
- Manage the customer base and constantly update it,
- Participate in business meetings, exhibitions and events,
- Follow market trends, conduct competitor analysis,
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure quality sales and after-sales support.
Minimum requirements:
- Higher education,
- 1-3 years of work experience in B2B sales, preferably in the field of technology or security systems,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian,
- Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office,
- Initiative approach and ability to work in a team in conditions of change,
- Analytical thinking,
- Sense of responsibility and attention,
- Effective time management skills.
