We are looking for a a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter with hands-on experience using ATS (preferably Manatal). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience using the ATS platform.

The ideal candidate attributes:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
  • Mandatory knowledge and experience with ATS.
  • Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience recruiting in tech industry.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and platforms.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, or a relevant HR certification.
  • Positive and detail-oriented person with excellent time management skills.

Main job responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across departments.
  • Utilize ATS to post jobs, source candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics using ATS dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and ATS usage.
