Main job responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of Flutter-based applications.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Utilize expertise in other development languages to enhance overall project capabilities.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate Flutter into diverse technology stacks.
• Ensure high-quality, clean, and maintainable code through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Implement best practices for mobile application development, including performance optimization.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical insights.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end logic with server-side functionalities.
• Stay updated on Flutter framework updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  

The ideal candidate attributes:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming.
• Experience in other development languages to complement Flutter's expertise.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
