Senior Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product backlog and act as the primary point of contact between the client, stakeholders, and development teams.

• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

• Translate the product vision and business goals into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.

• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and development to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely delivery of product increments.

• Gather, analyze, and integrate feedback from users, stakeholders, and market trends to inform product decisions and refine the product roadmap.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to provide direction, clarify priorities, and support the development team.

• Ensure that product solutions are aligned with business objectives, scalable, and technically feasible within project constraints.

• Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication in English with client stakeholders and distributed international teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.

• Strong leadership, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

• Proven experience collaborating with international, remote product and engineering teams.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills essential for client communication.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in startup environments or fast-paced product delivery cycles is a plus.
