Key Responsibilities:
Own the product backlog and act as the primary point of contact between the client, stakeholders, and development teams.
Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Translate the product vision and business goals into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.
Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and development to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely delivery of product increments.
Gather, analyze, and integrate feedback from users, stakeholders, and market trends to inform product decisions and refine the product roadmap.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to provide direction, clarify priorities, and support the development team.
Ensure that product solutions are aligned with business objectives, scalable, and technically feasible within project constraints.
Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication in English with client stakeholders and distributed international teams.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
Strong leadership, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Proven experience collaborating with international, remote product and engineering teams.
Excellent written and verbal English skills essential for client communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in startup environments or fast-paced product delivery cycles is a plus.
