Munich Ventures LLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Specialist who will be responsible for supporting day-to-day hotel operations from a distance, analyzing user feedback, and helping ensure our tech-driven hospitality product aligns with real-world operational needs.
The ideal candidate attributes:
- Higher education;
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language;
- Solid understanding of front office, reservations, or guest service processes;
- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and geographies;
- Ability to analyze operational workflows and identify friction points;
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with remote collaboration tools;
- Knowledge of German language is a plus;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Main job responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for hotel staff using our platform in Germany, ensuring their operational needs are understood and supported;
- Gather, analyze, and relay feedback from hotel teams to internal product and development teams;
- Provide operational insight during product development to ensure feature alignment with hospitality best practices;
- Support incident management and triage operational issues related to the platform;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, customer success) to prioritize and resolve hotel-impacting issues;
- Ensure cultural and regulatory nuances are considered in the product and service delivery.
