You will join MiceDesk, a fast-growing impact start-up revolutionizing technological innovation and highly qualified specialist support in the hospitality industry. MiceDesk is building an AI-driven platform that automates complex sales workflows across email, CRM, and PMS systems, helping hospitality teams accelerate revenue management through smarter, data-driven decision-making.

We are looking for a Mid-level Project Manager (Product & Delivery) to bring structure, clarity, and execution excellence into fast-moving product development cycles. This role is focused on delivery — ensuring that ideas are translated into well-defined tasks, aligned across teams, and shipped efficiently.




Performance objectives


1) Manage task structure and delivery execution

Break down product requirements into clear, structured, and actionable tasks while maintaining a well-organized backlog that supports efficient development workflows.


To achieve this objective you should:

  • Translate product requirements into detailed, actionable tickets.

  • Maintain and prioritize the backlog, ensuring clarity and readiness for engineering.

  • Define task dependencies and ensure proper sequencing of work.

  • Ensure all tasks are well-documented, structured, and aligned with delivery goals.


2) Coordinate team execution and delivery processes

Ensure smooth sprint execution by organizing agile ceremonies, tracking progress, and proactively resolving blockers to keep delivery on track.


To achieve this objective you should:

  • Organize and lead daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

  • Monitor sprint progress and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Identify risks and blockers early and drive resolution.

  • Ensure the team operates with clarity, focus, and accountability.


3) Support Product Manager and feature delivery

Work closely with the Product Manager to translate ideas into execution plans, structure releases, and ensure alignment across teams.


To achieve this objective you should:

  • Convert product ideas into structured execution plans.

  • Support feature planning and release coordination.

  • Prepare documentation, materials, and follow-ups for product initiatives.

  • Ensure priorities are clearly communicated and understood across teams.


4) Drive cross-functional alignment

Act as the central coordination point between engineering, QA, and support teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines.


To achieve this objective you should:

  • Coordinate communication between engineering, QA, and customer support.

  • Ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.

  • Facilitate smooth handovers between teams.

  • Maintain transparency across all stakeholders.


5) Improve processes and execution efficiency

Continuously optimize internal workflows and contribute to building a scalable execution system that supports rapid growth.


To achieve this objective you should:

  • Improve ticket quality, documentation, and workflow structure.

  • Optimize communication and collaboration processes.

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.

  • Contribute to building a structured and repeatable delivery framework


Ideal candidate attributes


Must-to-have skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or similar execution-focused roles.

  • Experience working in agile environments and managing sprint processes.

  • Strong ability to break down complex topics into structured tasks.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills with fluent English (C1+) — both written and spoken.

  • Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with the ability to push topics forward independently.

  • Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, or similar).

  • Experience using documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Confluence).

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand product workflows.

  • Experience working in product environments involving integrations or complex systems.


Nice-to-have skills

  • Experience in SaaS or tech startup environments.

  • Experience working closely with engineering and product teams.

  • Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.

  • Familiarity with CRM, PMS, or hospitality-related systems.
