From Mur&Partners, we offer a position as Outside Sales Representative for a leading company in the manufacturing of machinery and innovative technology for wire production, currently undergoing a strong expansion process.

MISSION

The mission of this position will be to develop and strengthen the company's commercial presence in the U.S. market, identifying business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships with potential clients, and generating sustainable sales of industrial productsacting as a bridge between the Spanish business culture and the specific needs of the local market.

FUNCTIONS

  • Maintain constant monitoring of the target market, identifying trends, developments, and business opportunities.
  • Keep an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of the companys product portfolio, as well as of the competition.
  • Coordinate with management on commercial action plans aligned with the companys Strategic Commercial Plan (PEC), or regarding the solutions offered by competitors.
  • Manage and build customer loyalty, ensuring regular contact and strong business relationships.
  • Expand the client base and increase revenue levels in line with the objectives defined in the PEC.
  • Coordinate and support assigned junior sales representatives, ensuring their alignment with the commercial strategy.
  • Collaborate with the finance department in resolving issues such as unpaid invoices, returns, or other administrative matters related to clients.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of sales tools, such as electronic catalogs, the corporate website, social media, and other marketing resources.
  • Keep the CRM system updated with accurate and detailed information on clients, opportunities, and commercial activity.
  • Actively participate in inventory control and tracking, in collaboration with the relevant teams.
  • Report to management any incidents, deviations, or anomalies detected in the market or in commercial operations, proposing effective solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Years of experience: Approximately 3 years of experience in sales for companies in the industrial sector are required.
  • Education: Higher education related to the commercial area, or studies complemented by a masters degree or specialization in sales/commercial management.
  • Languages: Native English. Spanish is a plus.
  • IT skills: The candidate should be used to working with CRM systems, main MS Office programs, and have knowledge of sales management tools and software (e.g., Pipedrive).
  • Availability to travel: Yes, the person will be required to travel for a significant part of their working time.
