About Your Role

Were hiring a full-time Remote Executive Assistant who will work directly with our Operations Manager to keep the engine of Purple Circle running smoothly.

This isnt a glorified note-taker role (we have AI for that). Its a mission-critical position for someone who thrives in high-performance environments, anticipates problems before they happen, and brings order to chaos.

At Purple Circle, we help career coaches build multi-million-dollar coaching businesses. That means our internal standards must match the caliber of clients we serve. This role supports execution across multiple teams: operations, finance, event logistics, sales, and marketing.

You might be the one we're looking for if you

Here are some of the responsibilities you will have...

  • Own our calendar: schedule internal and external meetings, ensure zero conflicts, confirm attendance, and prep agendas
  • Execute recurring tasks across marketing, sales, product, operations, and finance.
  • Researching and arranging personal travel plans and buying office supplies
  • Plan logistics for events such as retreats, off-sites, and workshops
  • Manage the inboxes of our leadership team to save time
  • Document and improve SOPs as the company scales
  • Act as the project manager on many of our initiatives

  • Every project or task you're responsible for gets done

  • Team members report a measurable improvement in response time and operational flow

  • The team confidently delegates new processes to you without needing to double-check

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Be able to meet at our working space in Xinyi at least once a week

  • 2 or more years of experience in an EA or operations role

  • Extreme attention to detail and follow-through
