Position Overview:
As a Sales Supervisor, you will supervise a team of two Account Executives, ensuring their performance aligns with the company's business objectives. You will provide market insights to guide management in setting strategic directions and contribute to developing strategies for company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales department.
- Supervise Account Executives to ensure their performance meets company sales policies.
- Conduct weekly meetings to review Opportunity/Pipeline Reports, Sales CRM, and productivity metrics.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Organize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and report on budget performance.
- Hold team members accountable for achieving targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive the company's success.
- Adhere to sales policies established by management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors.
Targets & KPIs:
- Complete 2-3 days of On-the-Job Training (OJT) with Account Executives monthly.
- Manage opportunities by targeting at least 3-5 new prospects per month.
- Increase new accounts while maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Achieve overall sales department targets.
- Focus on key trade lanes: China & Intra-Asia, North & Latin America, and Europe.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the forwarding/logistics industry.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Logistics Management from a recognized university.
- Ability to coach, guide, and mentor sales staff.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Must own a car.
