About the Project

Join a meaningful CSR English education project funded by a multinational banking corporation in Thailand, improving language education and learning opportunities for children in a peaceful island community.Youll teach across two small schools located just 1 kilometre apart, surrounded by welcoming locals, nature, and sea views.
This is a rare opportunity to make a difference, live simply, and experience authentic Thai culture.

Teaching Schedule

• Approx. 22 hours per week, split between two nearby schools
• Kindergarten & Primary (ages 512): Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons ~11 hours/week
• Upper Primary & Secondary (ages 1216): Wednesday mornings, Thursday & Friday ~11 hours/week
• Average 2030 students per class
• Supported by a local Buddy Teacher who assists with lessons, language, and community integration

Your Role

• Teach fun, communicative English lessons that inspire speaking confidence
• Use songs, games, and storytelling to make learning enjoyable
• Adapt lessons for younger and older students
• Collaborate with Thai teachers to plan creative activities and materials
• Join English Days, English Camps, and cultural exchange events
• Be an active member of the local community and share your culture

Requirements

Native English speaker preferred (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa)
Must hold a Bachelors Degree (Education or English preferred)
TEFL / TESOL / CELTA required if degree not in Education
Minimum 2 years classroom teaching experience
Currently in Thailand & available for in-person interview
Able to start November 2025
Clean background check & good health
Friendly, adaptable, and community-minded
