We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Luxury Retail consultant  to join our client team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales, and contributing to the smooth operation of the onsite store.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 /  Matric

  • 2-3 years of retail experience preferred

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Basic administration and cash-handling skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Professional and approachable manner

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands

  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and a team player

  • Proficiency in English

Duties

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Help customers find products and provide styling or product advice as needed
  • Process cash and card payments accurately
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are neatly arranged
  • Report stock discrepancies or operational issues to management
  • Handle customer returns, refunds, and complaints professionally
  • Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing
  • Follow brand and store guidelines consistently
  • Receive, unpack, and store deliveries efficiently
  • Assist with pricing merchandise
