We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Luxury Retail consultant to join our client team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales, and contributing to the smooth operation of the onsite store.
Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
2-3 years of retail experience preferred

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Basic administration and cash-handling skills

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands

Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Help customers find products and provide styling or product advice as needed
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are neatly arranged
- Report stock discrepancies or operational issues to management
- Handle customer returns, refunds, and complaints professionally
- Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing
- Follow brand and store guidelines consistently
- Receive, unpack, and store deliveries efficiently
- Assist with pricing merchandise
