What You Need

• Solid Linux and Windows Server administration experience
• Hands-on pfSense firewall experience — non-negotiable
• Strong networking knowledge: VLANs, VPNs, routing, and UniFi
• Microsoft Intune and M365 proficiency
• Experience with backup, DR, security patching, and compliance
• Good documentation habits and a governance-minded approach
• Clean criminal record (verification required

What You'll Be Doing

• Resolving incidents and service requests as the primary IT point of contact
• Managing and maintaining Linux and Windows Server environments
• Administering Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Configuring and maintaining networks — VLANs, VPNs, routing, and UniFi systems
• Managing pfSense firewalls and implementing security best practices
• Maintaining backup solutions and executing disaster recovery plans
• Supporting ISO and Cyber Essentials Plus compliance and audit readiness
• Leading infrastructure projects, managing vendors, and overseeing asset lifecycle
