We are looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant to support a senior Group Executive for a retail client. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in keeping everything running seamlessly.
What we're looking for:
- Matric essential; admin qualification advantageous
- 3+ years' experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Tech-savvy with strong systems skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly discreet
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
- Flexible to work after hours and weekends when required
What you'll be doing:
- Full diary, calendar, and travel management
- Coordinating meetings, compiling minutes and reports
- Preparing presentations, correspondence, and documentation
- Managing filing systems, dashboards, and daily performance summaries
- Handling financial reconciliations, procurement, and supplier coordination
- Assisting with project cost control and contractor coordination
- Intercepting and managing urgent requests on behalf of the executive
