We are looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant to support a senior Group Executive for a retail client. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in keeping everything running seamlessly.

What we're looking for:

  • Matric essential; admin qualification advantageous
  • 3+ years' experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
  • Tech-savvy with strong systems skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly discreet
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
  • Flexible to work after hours and weekends when required

What you'll be doing:

  • Full diary, calendar, and travel management
  • Coordinating meetings, compiling minutes and reports
  • Preparing presentations, correspondence, and documentation
  • Managing filing systems, dashboards, and daily performance summaries
  • Handling financial reconciliations, procurement, and supplier coordination
  • Assisting with project cost control and contractor coordination
  • Intercepting and managing urgent requests on behalf of the executive
