Requirements

Diploma / Certificate (NQF 5 or equivalent).

±3 years experience in external sales within manufacturing, FMCG or distribution.

Computer literate (MS Office and ERP/SAP systems).

Valid drivers licence.

Responsibilities

Source and open new customer accounts.

Grow and manage existing accounts to achieve monthly sales targets.

Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.

Drive promotions and marketing initiatives to increase market share.

Work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock availability.

Support customers with stock management, pricing, and product training.

Assist with credit control and follow up on outstanding payments.

Monitor gross profit and ensure correct pricing structures are maintained.

Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve queries efficiently.
We are looking for a results-driven Business Representative to join our client Sales and Marketing team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer accounts, supporting stock management, and ensuring profitability within the assigned region.
The successful candidate will focus on expanding the customer base, strengthening existing relationships, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence across all customer interactions.
