About the job Associate Consultant Retirement fund (Permanent) Sandton

  • Assisting the Consulting Manager with the day-to-day running of the portfolio
  • Employer support - administration employer queries, identify and accommodate training
  • Service providers - ongoing engagement with service providers where required
  • Manco - schedule meetings and co-ordinate with service providers, prepare Manco agenda packs and minutes 
  • Renewal - managing of the renewal process - gathering of data, member communication and updating of member booklets and presentations
  • Member support - share communication, present at member inductions and members near retirement webinars, attend to all member queries
  • Minimum experience - 3 years in a similar role (Manco experience is key)
  • Employee benefits management / industry experience
  • Strong understanding of Retirement fund related legislation 
  • RE5 qualification
  • RE 1 qualification
  • Proficient in MS Powerpoint
  • Strong administrative skills 
  • Well organised and ability to multitask 
  • Experience with excell at intermidate level
  • Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
