About the job Learning and Development Manager (National) Permanent
A dynamic, fast-growing organisation is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the full learning and development function. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programmes aligned to business strategy and SETA/BBBEE requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant HR / OD / ODETD qualification (NQF Level 6 minimum)
- 5+ years' experience in a training or L&D management role
- Strong knowledge of SETA processes, WSP/ATR reporting, and learnerships
- Proficiency with LMS platforms
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Duties include: conducting skills needs analyses, managing training budgets, overseeing learnership and internship programmes, and ensuring compliance with the Skills Development Act.
