Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities for solar energy solutions within the residential and commercial sectors.

  • Conduct site assessments and provide tailored proposals in line with client needs.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and support.

  • Stay updated on the latest solar technology, pricing structures, and industry trends.

  • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, community events, and client meetings.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential).

  • A tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, or a technical field is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in electrical, renewable energy, solar, or a technical product environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Valid South African drivers license and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

  • Fully fluent in Afrikaans and English

  • Solution-oriented with strong negotiation skills.

  • Technically minded with the ability to understand solar energy systems (training will be provided).
