Were seeking a proactive and service-driven Internal Sales Representative for our client to:

• Assist with daily sales operations: quotations, order processing, and follow-ups

• Manage customer inquiries, maintain records in CRM/Excel/ERP

• Collaborate closely with external sales team to drive customer satisfaction and sales targets

• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs with strong communication and administrative efficiency

What You Bring:

• 2 - 3 years internal sales or customer-service experience (preferably in signage, printing, electrical, storage, or industrial sectors)

• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems

• Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong sales orientation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

• Grade 12 or equivalent; 

• Based on their client base, fluency in Afrikaans is important

Nice-To-Haves:

• Experience in signage, electrical, storage, or industrial product sectors

• Background in order-to-cash processes or technical sales support
