Guest Relations Officer (Fixed-Term Contract)
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Guest Relations Officer to join our client's hospitality team on a fixed-term basis. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure while supporting different departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures.

Share guest information with relevant departments to ensure smooth communication.

Assist with reservations, restaurant bookings, tours, transfers, and itineraries.

Maintain accurate guest details, profiles, and billing information.

Prepare welcome letters, registration cards, and other guest documentation.

Handle guest queries, calls, and concerns in a professional manner.

Support the reservations, spa, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams when required.

Manage daily guest itinerary sheets and call logs.

Book and monitor transfers, ensuring charges are processed correctly.

Perform handovers with colleagues across shifts and complete limited night audit duties.

Report maintenance or service issues to management as needed.
Requirements

Hospitality certificate or diploma.
3-4 years experience in a similar guest relations or front office role.

Strong administrative and computer skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.

Customer-focused with the ability to work confidently with high-profile guests.

Professional appearance with a friendly and approachable manner.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to guest needs.
