  • 4 to 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a similar executive or senior specialist role.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing environments is advantageous.
  • Experience working in a South African market context is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and customer segmentation strategies.

  • Oversee content creation for digital, print, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
  • Own the digital marketing calendar, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and paid social media.
  • Monitor and grow the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter).
  • Analyse digital performance data and present insights and recommendations to management.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and media buyers.
  • Contribute to the annual marketing strategy and budget planning process.
  • Track and report on campaign ROI, KPIs, and marketing spend on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Support product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activations.
