Junior Retirement Fund Consultant Permanent

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in the South African employee benefits industry
• Knowledge of retirement funds, group risk benefits, governance & legislation
• Practical experience with freestanding funds
• FAIS, RE1 / RE5 in progress or completed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, client‑centric approach with ability to work independently & ability to manage deadlines in a fast paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and retain client portfolios
• Provide consulting advice on retirement funds, legislation, governance & group risk products
• Conduct risk rebrokes and advise on product & structures
• Prepare & present client meeting packs, provide secretarial services
• Conduct member presentations where required
