About the job Payroll Manager / Payroll officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager & Payroll Officer to manage accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring compliance with South African labour and tax legislation with our clients
Key Responsibilities:

3 - 5 years process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SARS, UIF, SDL, and BCEA regulations.

Maintain and reconcile employee records, leave, deductions, and benefits.

Prepare payroll reports, tax submissions, and statutory filings.

Liaise with HR and finance teams regarding payroll matters.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legislative changes.
Requirements:

Proven experience in payroll management within South Africa.

Knowledge of South African labour laws and tax regulations.

Experience with payroll systems such as Pastel Payroll, Sage VIP, PaySpace, or SAP.

Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and confidentiality.
-
Relevant payroll or HR qualification is advantageous.
