We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow sales and market share in assigned export markets within the manufacturing sector. You'll focus on building relationships, securing new business, and delivering strategic growth across your region.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and grow market share by brand and product line.

Identify and develop new export customers while retaining existing accounts.

Plan stock requirements with supply chain and monitor buying patterns.

Manage customer accounts, ensuring payments are within agreed terms.

Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotions for your territories.

Maintain accurate permits, documentation, and customer records.

Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field

6 - 8 years sales and marketing experience in manufacturing

3+ years experience in Sub-Saharan Africa or other export markets.

Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, SAP/ERP systems, and reporting tools.

Willingness to travel regionally.
