Commercial Service Leader

Requirments 

• National Diploma, BTech or degree in Engineering or a commercial field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in service or branch management
• Technical background in lifts, escalators or similar equipment (advantageous)
• Working knowledge of OHS Act requirements and safe work practices
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong customer focus, with good written and verbal communication
• Results-driven, organised and process-oriented, with project management skills
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel within the region

Duties

• Lead, train and develop the depot team, and set and review performance targets
• Run regular team meetings and enforce safety and statutory compliance
• Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and feedback
• Update clients on equipment condition and advise on repairs and future needs
• Drive customer satisfaction and put action plans in place
• Protect depot revenue, achieve budget targets and report on deviations
• Inspect service work to ensure contractual and legal compliance
