Regional / Area Manager Furniture Retail

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' retail management experience, with at least 4 years in a multi-site role
• Proven track record in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle retail
• Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Retail, or Sales Management
• Strong leadership, coaching, and commercial skills
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales performance and achievement of revenue, conversion, and margin targets
• Coach, mentor, and manage store managers and sales teams across multiple locations
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational and merchandising standards are met
• Analyse performance data and implement action plans to address gaps
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, product launches, and local campaigns
• Manage regional budgets and report on performance to senior leadership
