Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback.

Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management.

Manage the sales and marketing budget.

Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

5+ years of experience in sales and marketing.

Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
