Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SPA Manager to join our team. As the SPA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing a team of spa therapists and ensuring that they are performing at their best.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of spa therapists, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the spa facilities
- Create and manage spa packages and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote the spa services and increase revenue
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for spa therapists and provide feedback for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new techniques and treatments to enhance the spa experience for guests
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa management software
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
