Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Developer to join our marketing agency in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with multinational corporations (MNCs), driving revenue growth through consultative selling of our specialized services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect MNC accounts in key verticals, building a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions across our service offerings: web design and development, SEO, LLM search result optimization, digital advertising, and go-to-market strategy.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite and marketing decision-makers at target accounts.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company revenue targets.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account success post-sale.
• Track pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and report on sales metrics and KPIs.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in marketing services, digital solutions, or SaaS.
• Proven track record closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, web development, advertising, marketing strategy).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to MNCs or multinational companies.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as LLM-based solutions or AI-driven marketing.
• Knowledge of the Southeast Asian market and MNC presence in the region.
