We are looking for 2-3 candidates.

Fully remote work reporting to the client based in Hong Kong.

Must be able to speak Cantonese and possess a proactive mindset.

Job Description

  • Plan, lead, and execute initiatives to acquire new users, working closely with the Management team.

  • Generate leads and reach out to prospects via outreach campaigns.

  • Engage prospective users in understanding their requirements and other pain points.

  • Manage a sales pipeline of prospects, and convert prospects to enterprise clients.

  • Build and engage with a community of prospective users with consistent engagement via storytelling.

  • Communicate feedback gathered from prospective users with internal stakeholders to refine product messaging, positioning, and product roadmap.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and reading) in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to empathise with, engage and build close trusting relationships with prospective users and partners across the globe.

  • Ability to identify new opportunities to grow the user base of the product.

  • Confidently deliver compelling presentations, product demos, sample solutions, and integrations.

  • Willingness to travel abroad and spend time on the ground with prospective users and partners as and when required.

  • Friendly, approachable, and great at communicating complex issues to a range of both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Comfortable driving conversations and acting independently as well as collaboratively.

  • Curious to learn technical knowledge in machine learning and data labelling.

KPI Measurements:

  • User acquisition: Number of users signed-up

  • Enterprise clients: Number of opportunities closed

Education and Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration would be an advantage or relevant experience in sales and marketing field or equivalent.

  • 1-3 years of working experience is preferred.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
