Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing cutting-edge software development best practices across an extensive project portfolio.
• Rotate between projects, working alongside software teams to:
  • Review and optimize current branching schemes.
  • Overhaul and streamline the CI/CD environment, emphasizing modernization and stability.
  • Expand CI/CD coverage to encapsulate both unit and functional testing.
  • Minimize redundancy in the CI/CD process, streamlining steps, branches, and merges.

Requirements:

• Proven background as a Sr. C++ Developer or Architect with a keen interest in DevOps and top-tier software practices.
• Must-have Demonstrable experience joining and enhancing large-scale projects using contemporary software development methodologies.
• A solid foundation of 6+ years in software development.
• Proficiency with Git and its workflows.
• Must-have Hands-on experience setting up and customizing Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Adeptness with unit testing harnesses and their integration into CI pipelines.
• Experience in both integration and functional testing.
• Utilized static code analysis across various projects.
• Strong conversational and written English capabilities.

Pluses:

• Background in embedded C++/systems.
• History as a Software Architect.
• Familiarity with JFrog Artifactory and JFrog Xray.
• Practical experience with GoogleTest.
• Comfortability in a fully remote work setup.
• Experience with Coverity for static code analysis.
