Role & Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end payments system.
• Develop high-performance data feeds and trading APIs for clients.
• Collaborate with clearing partners, market makers, brokers, and hedge funds on new features, performance boosts, and integrations.
• Elevate system robustness and maintainability.
• Engage in on-call rotations and oversee production deliveries.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Go.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a strong technical aptitude.
• History of addressing and resolving intricate engineering challenges.
• Proven experience in developing and applying tools and processes for enhanced engineering efficiency.
• Strong grasp of relational databases and transactions.
• Skill in crafting highly concurrent systems.
• Drive to continually learn and communicate effectively.
• Aptitude for REST API design.
• Eager to take charge in a demanding startup setting.
• Articulate and proactive in communication.
• Self-identification as a seasoned professional.
• Proficiency in conversational and written English.

Pluses:

• Exposure to web or mobile development, enabling end-to-end project management.
• Experience with large-scale system development.
• Knowledge in building financial systems, including FIX API.
• Prior work in the Fintech sector.
• History of remote collaboration with distributed teams.

Benefits:
