Equipment Technician (Die Prep)

Job Description

• Managing the Assembly Engineering machine related to:
  • Die Prep (Backgrind, Laser, Sawing/Dicing, Pick & Place, 2nd Opt)
• Production line equipment maintenance on shift to meet planned KPIs goal.
• Execute exactly according Spec, WI, OPL and BKM to maintain equipment.
• Equipment ramp up and conversion to support production volume loading.
• Perform PM / CAL of production equipment.
• Provide technical support / solutions to resolve equipment and hardware related issues.
• Conduct Training on equipment operation and maintenance to operator and technician1.
• Meet all company requirements on 5s, quality, EHS and discipline.
• Perform other duties as required assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics
• Language: Basic English reading and writing ability
• Experience: 0~2 years industrial experience with 0~2 years equipment development or equipment
• maintenance experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience in WAFER LASER & SAWING MACHINE.

• Experience in WAFER BACKGRIND MACHINE.
• Experience in DIE PICK & PLACE MACHINE.
• Familiar with equipment operation and know basic maintenance of production equipment.
• Basic communication skill and good learning and feedback ability.
